Jim Krause founded our company in 2013 to create successful long-term relationships.  NorthCoast Property Management has grown to encompass property management, grounds management, snow and ice management, excavation/grading services, and concrete services.  Growing each step of the way with clients that appreciated his truthful, timely, and trustworthy service.

Meet Our Executive Team


Jim Krause

Chief Executive Officer/President

Jim started Northcoast Property Management in 2013, creating a company that offers customers quality workmanship.  He prides himself on transparent communication and providing service that is above and beyond.  When Jim started Northcoast he was doing renovations, he added in the snow and landscaping concept, before he knew it, he was doing concrete and excavation work, which soon turned into property management.  He grew his company little by little to become a one stop shop for all properties.  Even though he has grown his company he takes the time to meet all his customers and spend time on all their properties, “creating relationships” is Jim’s motto.

Billy Roberts

Chief Construction Officer

Billy came to Northcoast Property Mangement with a strong knowledge of landscaping, snow removal, excavating, and concrete work from working in the industry for 10 years. Billy pays attention to the details, making sure all his customers have the highest quality of workmanship that Northcoast prides themselves on.  Billy oversees all the ongoing projects including dredging, erosion solutions, excavation, grating, drainage, material blowing, landscape layouts, snow removal, concrete removal, finishing, and so much more.  As Billy says, “construction is art”.

Christina Hardwick

Chief Financial Officer 

Christina brings a wealth of financial experience to Northcoast Property Management. She has spent over 40 years running financials for several local companies, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, benefit packages, and so much more.  in her spare time, she found joy in being the Associate for Berea City Schools before and after program. This took her financial development to a new level; she prepared budgets and a financial program for 150 children on a yearly basis.  Christina is excited for this next adventure to continue her true passion and take on the challenges to come of all the financial aspects at Northcoast Property Management with the detail that all her customers are happy to have.  Christina will also be overseeing the Human Resources Department for Northcoast Property Management.

Tina Collier Roberts

Chief Operating Officer

Tina is excited to be a part of Northcoast Property Management and to grow and provide exceptional service to our HOA and COA’s. She has an extensive background in residential and commercial property management.  She is also currently a real estate agent and keeps up on the trending market.  “Bringing a sense of community” to everyone she works with is her priority. COO Tina will be handling operations of property management from business development to onboarding and providing exceptional service.  Tina will also be overseeing the marketing and public relations for Northcoast Property Mangement.
